Participants must provide gym workout gear, eye and hearing protection and fifty rounds of 9mm ammo. Discounted ammo pricing available on day of event. It is recommended that you bring a jump rope as well. HVSS will supply 9 mm weapons. Must be 18 or older to participate. If you do not have a NY Firearms License, a 9mm rifle will be provided. Workouts and scoring will be announced on day of event. Heats will be run with two participants at a time with a Range Safety Officer for each partici
