Introduction to Carbine with Live Fire (2)

Intro to Carbine is for the new rifle owner or those interested in learning to shoot modern AR-15 style rifles.

This course provides the student with the basic knowledge and skills necessary to safely handle, load, fire and unload common types of rifles. Time is spent both in the classroom and on the range in a comfortable learning environment.  Students are guided through rifle manipulation drills and range exercises designed to increase their comfort level and develop a solid skill base with the modern rifle. A limited number of rifles will be available to rent.

Required: Additional magazines where appropriate, a way to carry those magazines on self either belt mounted or chest

                Approx 300 rounds rifle ammunition, appropriate footwear, eye and ear protection
