Putnam County CCW Upgrade (July)

Putnam County Residents Only: This course is for exisiting permit holders ONLY.  This course will give you the requirements to remove any restrictions on your current permit and upgrade you to CONCEALED CARRY.

Non Putnam County Residents should NOT take this course.

Payment must be made at time of registration due to high demand.  Reservations without payment will be cancelled.***

Students will participate and demonstrate safe and effective handgun skills including loading and unloading of their firearm.  Students will also shoot the NYS CCW qualification course on our exclusive NYS CCW Target- the only one commercially oroduced in existence (to our knowledge.)  This course also includes the new updates to the law since Septmeber 2022- many of which most current permit holders are not familiar with and therefore leave them in legal jeopardy. Course also includes a 1 year membership to Putnam County Firearm Owners Assocaiation included with the course.

REFUND/CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW Policy:  Because this class is in high demand,  a student who fails to appear for the class deprives others of a seat in the class. Therefore, a student who fails to appear for class will forfeit tuition. Refund requests will incur a handling fee of $75.00. Requests to be moved to a future class date will be considered on an individual basis.
