Use of Force in NYS

READ REQUIREMENTS:

Learn NYS Use of Force Law as it pertains to firearms in NYS. Material is from the USCCA Concealed Carry and Home Defense course. There will be power point and video presented material with ample time for "what if..." When this lesson is given as part of the USCCA course, it is the portion of the course that receives the best feedback. This class is for informational purposes only and not for the purpose of providing legal advice.  It is the responsibility of each student to keep up with changes in Federal, State and Local Law.
